Addiction to Smartphones In Your Baby : How To Get Rid It

Addiction to Smartphones In Your Baby : How To Get Rid It

Addiction to Smartphones

When my girl was 2.5 years old, she got addicted to mobile phones. We had to work very hard to get rid of her addiction. Some of our personal reasons had to give our girl the support of the phone for some benefit for us.

The child got used to mobile smartphones. Which turned out to be a difficult job for us.

The craze of mobile revolution has grown to such an extent that even today's children have been addiction to smartphones

Make a debate about whether children should use smart phones without parental supervision you need to mention both the positive and the negative.

Without them, the daily routine of the children also seems incomplete. But some of their disadvantages are also being faced by the parents. It is innumerable to count the loss of mobile phones that happens to children.

How do we get rid of this addiction? There are some experiences which I share here.

How to know the child is Addiction to Smartphones
  • Finding it is also a big challenge for me. Initially, when I give my daughter mobile in hand by playing some cartoon videos or any other videos, she starts watching them with pleasure.
  • Is the child addicted to mobile or understanding it like other normal toys.
  • I like it when my daughter is busy in mobile except crying. But gradually she started getting attracted towards mobile phones leaving other toys.
  •  So I should understand at the same time that my daughter is getting attracted towards mobile phones.
  • My daughter started getting so busy looking at the phone that she started ignoring other things. He doesn't like to eat or drink. Then I realized that mobile phones have become everything for my daughter.
  • For 5 or 6 months we did not even know that our daughter had become addicted to the phone. Because we didn't have much time to give him time and it all happened slowly.
  • When I delete some videos on the phone, after finishing when others don't come. So she started acting irritable. We didn't see any way at that time, have to give him a new video on the phone.
  • Even when my girl turned 3 years old, we still felt that she is understanding now, so her attraction towards mobile will decrease. But it doesn't happen. As the child grows up he understands this and starts to understand more.
  • He starts to understand more smart phone usage. The same thing was happening with my baby girl. Cartoons were becoming her favorite, she loved watching them. Some of the Barbie doll videos were becoming her favorite. The Internet became mandatory for him.
  • If we had not given her the phone in hand, she would have started baby crying.
  • All his insistence had to be fulfilled under the guise of a mobile, if he did not give those things to him, then he had to give the mobile.

Now we had to explain everything that we should not do, either we should fulfill his insistence or we have to give a mobile to him.

After all this, I read somewhere that this problem is increasing all over the world, and we searched for its solution so that we can take some easy measures to keep our child away from mobile phones.

At the same time, being aware of the ill-effects of this.

Side effects of mobile

 Side effects of mobile

We realized that mobile phones should not prove fatal for our child.

Keeping an eye on the ill effects of mobile

It is important for us to know that what are the side effects of excessive usage of smartphones for our children, they are as follows:

Lack of practical knowledge

This is the biggest side effect seen in the child. That the child starts understanding everything on the mobile itself.

By the way, our daughter is still very young, she did not even care that all this happened.

Even then we started to realize that if it is a little bigger then nothing will be seen except its mobile, it will make the mobile everything.

It is true that children will not come as close to their parents if they do not give up the mobile habit soon. The child will not feel the affection which is towards the mother.

Other Gadget Addiction

When children get addicted to gadgets. Behind him goes his inclination towards other gadgets related to mobile such as Earphone, Bluetooth, Headphone, Tablet , laptop. Which version of mobile has come in the market , he keeps on getting this kind of knowledge. His knowledge only grows towards all these gadgets.

Problem of sleeplessness

A common problem among children which is seen due to mobile addiction is the problem of sleep disturbances. When my daughter also started using mobile a lot, she also did not sleep well.

With great difficulty, I had to remove the phone and put it to sleep. Even after sleeping, she does not get enough sleep.

After falling asleep, she had to wake up again and again in the night. Children should sleep during the day too.

It is said that children when their mental and physical development time is from 1 to 5 years.

At such a time, complete sleep should be taken, only then they develop well. But most of the parents answer that our child gets sleep disturbances at night.

His reason is known. The child is busy on the phone. His sleep is disturbances because of such a reason.

Being too lazy

Due to mobile addiction in children, they become lethargic. Ordinary children have fickleness. Hurry up any work. Children go to the garden to play and play outdoor games. In this way the activity is very less, often we say that children run so much throughout the day, yet they do not get tired. But all that is not seen in today's children or they seem tired and tired very quickly. Due to mobile addiction, many changes are being seen in the outdoor activities of children. This is the main reason for this. Even if  you say it directly or indirectly .

Loss of Concentration

Meaning of child's concentration. They are not interested in any one thing. Children will not do any work diligently. They will be busy in doing any work quickly and intend to complete it as soon as possible, they will not do any work from the heart.

Attention and hearing issues

Hearing power starts decreasing, due to the use of more phones, this kind of problem is seen in many young children. Children use the phone by keeping it nearby.

Apart from this, children also use earphones, due to which they start having this problem. Along with this, the use of mobile phones for a long time also reduces eyesight.

My girl used to use the phone more than before, her eyes used to get red. Water also started dripping from his eyes.

Apart from all this, there are many such results which show different results in different children. The nervous system of the child starts deteriorating. You will not feel like doing any work. Would like to feel lonely. I don't want to make friends.

Due to less physical activity of the child, he also does not eat food properly, which has a direct effect on the digestive power.

Separating mobile phones from children is a completely impossible task. We also say that the child should not use the mobile at all.

Today's era is the digital world. In such a situation your child can remain untouched, if your child has become perfect, the child has come to know about wrong and right, then you can let him make full use of mobile.

How to get rid of smartphone addiction

If its side effects are visible, then it is your responsibility to get rid of its addiction. Here we have suggested some simple tips, which we have adopted and applied on our child as follows:

Introduce to more toys

In the first method I adopted to separate my girl from the mobile, we kept the phone on the side and introduced her to different toys. To feed him in a variety of ways, he brought a doll. Spent time with him and played with him, due to which he slowly started getting away from the phone .

Keep your baby busy

I insisted on my doll to spend time on other activities instead of the phone. Seeing in the mobile, the excitement that he would have in his mind, he started doing the same kind of activity in the outside world, which would start removing the child's mind from the phone.

The mind of a child is very fickle. Everything seems new to him, he tries to know more about everything that comes in front of him. When his mobile comes in his hand, he keeps trying to know more about the mobile, in such a situation the mobile becomes his need.

Just as the child has an attraction in the mobile, in the same way it happens in other things too. We can reduce the habit of mobile phones by making the child acquainted with other things as well.

Involved in outdoor activities
  • I started taking my girl out. Started playing in the garden outside the house. When she started running after her, the other child also gave time with her. Playing outside saw a lot of changes inside him.
  • We keep our child busy at home, due to which it is difficult to find time for the children. In such a situation, children start giving their time to mobiles or other gadgets, due to which children become addicted to mobiles.
  •  Instead of keeping them at home, we should take the children for a walk outside for a while. Children will start being happy in a garden or on the terrace of his house, it will become his daily habit.
Engage in your work
  • You involve the child in your work. Keep the work you are doing with the child when you are at home, such work in which you can keep the child with you like giving water in pots, talk to the child at that time.
  • When you are car washing, make it sit nearby. If you are going out somewhere, then take the child with you. In this way, by including it in your daily routine, you can also keep the child away from the mobile. And can save from the ill-effects of mobile.
Playing with your kids
  • Start playing with your kids. Give time to the child as much as possible, you can play any kind of game with the child which can be played at home.
  • Tell some stories to the children that they like. Present a play with the child Involve more members in the play. Take the child to some social occasion.
  • Let him play with other children, by adopting these things, you can remove the child from the mobile with your kids.
Restrain yourself

Smartphone addiction is the biggest reason for children. Use of the phone by you or other family members in front of children. The more children see you using the phone, the more they will be attracted to it. As far as possible you and other members should not use mobile phones in front of their child. If all the members of the family are busy with the mobile, then the child will also insist on taking it.

Along with the above solution, in order to keep your children away from mobile phones, you should give the children the mobile in hand, at that time turn off the net in the mobile and explain that there is nothing in the mobile.

Even after turning off the mobile, it tells me that the phone is not working. In this way, children can reduce or stop mobile addiction.

Discuss the disadvantages of mobile to the child.

I used to listen to our daughter making a story about the serious problems caused by the phone.

Let him create an atmosphere of fear towards the mobile, see that this will happen with the phone. In this way you can get rid of smartphones addiction.

 Protect your child  from Radiation

Mobiles prove fatal for the child. Behind this is the harmful radiation emanating from the mobile, which causes the ill-effects of the children.

  • Radiation exposure can worsen the mental state of the child. Children start falling prey to diseases like depression.

  • Use low quality mobile for the child. As far as possible, use such a mobile which does not have much function. Use simple mobile. Even if the children run it, the loss is less.

  • Bus, rail, and car when you travel somewhere , at that time smartphones can be used when your child is with you, then reduce it.
  • Where is the mobile tower installed? She should not take the child nearby. More radiation also comes out near the mobile tower .
  • Use a landline phone at home If you are getting the child to talk to someone, then you can use the landline phone.
  • When your  child is sleeping, and you are using your mobile at that time, then do not keep the mobile too close to the child.

Mobile phones are a useful gadget. Different ways of using it. Mobile use has both positive and negative consequences on children. How to use your child depends on the child and on us.

Conclusion

In this article, how children get addicted to mobile smartphones. How does mobile become harmful to children? And told about how mobile habits can be reduced from children. We did all these experiments on our child and told them in this article. We got positive results from this. Hope this article will help you. This blog will look at what a single parent can expect from this moment and how they can prepare for it.

An expectant parent to be nervous

Being a parent is one of the most difficult things a person can do, but it's also one of the most rewarding.

It doesn't matter if you're a single parent or not, the fact is that a new life is about to come into this world and you'll have to be prepared for it.

Being a parent is an amazing experience, but it's also one of the scariest things you'll ever do.

Every person in this world is unique, but there are some things we all go through in life, like getting older or graduating from school.

But with single parents, there are added concerns.

The key is to prepare for the changes that come with becoming a parent. The most important thing a single parent needs to remember is that it’s ok to ask for help.

Having a baby is an exciting time for first time parents, but it also brings with it a lot of nervousness, worry and questions.

What Not to Do When a Baby Cries?

When a baby cries, it can be tempting to try to soothe them as quickly as possible. However, there are a few things you should avoid doing in order to prevent further upset. For example, do not try to feed the baby if they are not hungry. This will only make them more frustrated. Instead, try to figure out what the problem is and address that issue. Additionally, do not try to force the baby to stop crying. This will only make them more upset and could potentially cause them to choke. Instead, calmly talk to the baby and let them know that you are there for them.

The First Time I Held My Newborn Baby And The First Year Of My Daughter's Life.

The first time I held my newborn baby in my arms, I was overwhelmed with emotions. She was so tiny and perfect, and I couldn't believe she was mine.

The first year of my daughter's life was a blur of diaper changes and late-night feedings, but it was also the happiest year of my life. Watching her grow and learn new things was a joy, and I cherish all the memories we made together.

The Experience and Preparation: A first hand account of a single mothers journey to meeting her newborn.

There is an old saying that goes, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and I am a living example of that saying. As we approach the arrival of a new life into this world, I am beginning to feel more and more how true that saying really is.

A newborn baby is not only quite a bit of work, but it is also a lot of work for those of us who are involved in the birth, from the doctor and nurses, to the family and friends, who are all there to support us.

From the moment we are pregnant, people begin to ask us, “When are you due?” or “Do you know what you are having?”

The more that I hear these questions and all of the comments that come along with them, the more I realize that the preparation you do for your baby begins long before the baby is born.

My son was born on the 13th of March around 2:50pm. I was in labor for almost 20 hours, general anesthetic and epidural. My husband was in the waiting room the whole time.

The last hour of labor he was not allowed to be in the delivery room, which was agonizing. I had to have my water broken, because I had previously had a c-section, but I labored for 3 hours before I was given my epidural. I am now working on getting my body back to a healthy weight.

  • The experience

I had no experience of my pregnancy at all. But as soon as I got in touch with the doctor. And the experiences I got from others gave me confidence in myself. My friends encouraged me that there is no such thing as panic.

I was afraid inside that when I will have to be admitted to the hospital, I was afraid of that thing at the time of delivery. And I was scared of the pain of delivery. The doctor reassured me then.

I got ready for delivery and it was a matter of happiness that if a new guest is going to come, then some pain will have to be endured

  • Preparation

As an expecting mother, I am overly aware of what I will experience when I finally meet my baby. The process of pregnancy and the anticipation of the birth has made me realize how much I have to learn before I can meet my baby. It is very daunting to think about the actual process of having a baby.

I know that the actual process of giving birth is hard enough, but I know that there is also much more to it than just that for me as a single mom.

As a woman, I am also aware of what I have to prepare for before the baby comes. In addition to dealing with all of the emotions and excitement over my baby, I also have to make sure that I am prepared financially and even more so emotionally.

I know that there is a lot I have to prepare for in the coming 6 months. I know that I have to get ready for the strange feelings that I will have, for the challenges I will face and for the financial burden that I will have to face.

How to become an Authoritative Parent

There is no one right way to be a parent, but there are some general principles that can help you become more authoritative. First, it is important to be consistent in your expectations and rules. This will help your child feel secure and know what to expect. Secondly, it is important to be responsive to your child's needs.

This means being attuned to their emotions and providing support when needed. Lastly, it is important to be firm and clear in your communication. This will help your child understand your expectations and feel confident in your ability to provide guidance.
